For a small space bakery, lunchtime there (mostly pickup, with a small space in the back) has great options, and, yes, genuinely Greek, run by Greeks. You will find the staples, mousaka, spanakopita, pastitsio, but you may also find well-cooked tourlou, imam, soutzoukakia, lemon peas and artichokes, you get the idea. And for desert, well, pick one, you can't go wrong, bougatsa is delicious. Their version of galaktoboureko is not my favorite one, I would stick with traditional phyllo on top, but you may find it the best you've ever had, who knows. Their baklava and especially the smaller baklavadaki version is very well done. All in all, certainly worth a visit.
