Food was luke warm and rude staff. Tell four seasons that there food is not hot and see how you get treated! Secret shopper.

I have to give Four Seasons a 1-star. It is absolutely ridiculous that they only accept cash for takeaway. Or is this only a rule to Chinese or Mainlanders? or they want to get rid of paying tax? HMRC should look into this. Very suspicious.

Service was a shambles. I waited 45 minutes for my average tasting won ton mein when my co-diners’ roast meat rice arrived long before. We had to badger the staff several times about it and even a group who sat down after us got their noodle soup before me too! Then when it came to paying the bill, we refused to pay for service charge and the waiter had the audacity to ask us why. It is at our discretion - they had clearly not earned it so for them to ask the reason was outrageous. He even managed to confuse our change. We will not be going to this branch again.

We were overcharged (it felt on purpose) and it was quite a challenge to get a breakdown of the bill to confirm that fact. It was also pretty expensive for the quality of food.

Old school feeling Chinese restaurant in the heart of China Town that is always busy. Great roast meats! Go hungry, the portions are generous.

Good to remind yourself the taste of China, but not that good. I prefer the four season next doors. It also costs too much.

By far the most disgusting experience I ever had when ordering a take-away meal from this restaurant. At 14:30 pm, I went in to order a mix combination of roasted duck and soya chicken with white rice. Because I used a different term to describe my order, the lady at the cashier reception mocked and ridiculed me. I am so disgusted by this kind of behaviour and even more shocked to even bother continuing with the order. Mind you I have some learning difficulties so I am not able to use proper chinese terms to describe the dish. I will never return to this restaurant again and prefer to order it from another restaurant.

Excellent roast duck and Chinese cuisine

Hate the place. Ripoff prices and horrible service.Gave us a table that was way too small and ripped us off on the lobster we order. Super 'seasonally' priced but a very small lobster with very little noodles (separately charged). Wanted to order more noodles but said that it couldn't be done as it has to be cooked with the lobster.Maybe we went there late and the service staff was tired. The other tables didn't seem to fare much better. Guess when there are no other late night options, you cannot expect to be fairly treated.

It was an authentic Chinese restaurant with delicious dishes that satiafied the conventional Chinese as well as Asian customers.

Very rude staff, even a waiter chewing some meat when taking the order. The manager always tries to hurry you to eat faster to make space for other guests. I refused to pay any service fee in the end. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

Every time I've been here the food has been good. Staff were very friendly too. Do think it's a bit expensive however.

Good Chinese food, massive portions

Don't be put off by the out of date decor, the food here is great. Recommended by a friend I went and tried the 3 meat combo for just over a tenner. Very tasty.

Bad service and overpriced. I'll never come back.
