I went at lunch on a Thursday. It was crowded, but the meal was worth the wait. I ordered the sausage and mushroom gnocchi. The pasta/dumplings were hand made and delicious. The cream sauce, sausage and mushrooms were the perfect combination for the pasta. I would order this again.

We went in December on a Saturday for breakfast. It was very busy. We had quick service still though. We got seated upstairs. Our server was Carmen and she was friendly. Great service. I ordered the chicken and waffles and enjoyed them. Great flavors. The chicken was crispy and the waffle was flavorful. I got eggs as well and they were cooked well. My husband ordered an english muffin, bacon, hash browns, and eggs and he enjoyed his food too. I would definitely go here again when we are back in DC. BTW, we loved the decor and atmosphere in Founding Farmers.

Enjoyed our experience today for my birthday brunch with my wife and girls. We were accommodated quickly, even with us being tardy for our reservation. Kailey was a bubbly injection as our server. The cornbread was a moist, good starter for our meals. The menu has a diverse selection of breakfast & lunch items. Our meals (chicken & waffles, pancakes, French toast, burger and eggs & steak) had ample portions and very tasty.We had a slight service issue & our server and the manager were quick & polite in resolving it. We really enjoyed our time & we are glad we found Founding Farmers 👍

Monday through Friday from 7:00am-11:00am and for our Brunch on Saturday, Sunday, and holiday Mondays from 8:30am-2:00pm.
