Birthday treat lunch on sunny Saturday. 7th July Sat outside stunning chef special for starter followed by incredible flavour Italy of pappardelle al funghi porcini. Amazing food. Will defiantly come again.

We stumbled upon La Fortuna late on our last night in the Kensington area. We were seated immediately. Ordered the tagliatelle Mona Lisa and a margherita pizza - both were AMAZING! The pasta was homemade and fresh. The staff were very kind. The chef came out and said hello. Plus, it’s a beautiful, charming little spot. We look forward to returning! Thank you

La Fortuna is an Italian restaurant in the high street Kensington area, they offer a great menu, fresh food quality, artistic plates and a very high standard service!!! I highly recommend to everyone who passes by the area to go and try it!! And I'm sure that everyone will be 100% satisfied at the end.

New Italian restaurant,this is pretty small restaurant,but it is cozy with art atmosphere.Food was great , especially , enjoyed with home- made fresh pasta, it was delicious, suggest try their seafood main courses ,it was unbelievable tasty, dessert was typical Italian,I really love the contrast between that light texture and bright,vibrant flavor, Italian Ice cream was pretty good too. happy finding this gem in the heart of Kensington.Will be back and recommend to others.

Terrible restaurant owner, very rude I felt racially abused when I asked use the toilet for a minute! the lady who represent her self as the owner of the business chased me out just as you treating an animal and told off to go away. I felt very uncomfortable front the customers and I went back to complaint and to express how I felt discriminated and she said “get out”. Imagine you are in the situation and no choice but ask some resturant to use the loo and you were been chased out and screamed at your face front of all the people how would you feel? . I would boycott the resturant. These businesses should feel this country is more the money and it’s all about people helping each other. I rest my case to the public 😔These are Pope Francis quotes,“ Let us treat others with the same passion and compassion with which we want to be treated. Let us seek for others the same possibilities which we seek for ourselves.”

During my stay in London I happened to stumble at La Foruna as me and the family were staying in a hotel nearby.The food was delicious and the service was fanstastic. Very cosy place and lovely staff and my go to for dinner! Highly recommend.

The best Italian restaurant in London. We were visiting from the US and tried 5 different Italian restaurant and were ok, but the food here is amazing. I have never Italian food so delicious. I asked for a chicken with lemon which was not even on the menu and the chef / owner did it for me. If you're around the area, eat here. You will not regret it.

Working locally and was walking by, decided to stop for dinner - good decision. Very warm and friendly welcome, freshly cooked food, excellent quality at a good price.

Perfect food, cheery and friendly even on a blistering hot day in August. A gem of a find amidst a sea of bland chain restaurants and reasonably priced - we took advantage of the 2 courses for 10 pounds. Would definitely recommend.
