Every was excellent. Good customer service, we we’re sited right away and the food came fast. Every meal was delicious: dumplings, Kung Pao...

Formosa serves large portions of good Chinese food. The menu is vast--covering the full range of ingredients and cooking styles. The beef noodle soup is particularly good. The staff are friendly and helpful. They can accomodate large groups. We have had several groups go twenty or more people there and everyone was served nearly at the same time. The meal prices are more than reasonable. Come hungry and you will leave happy.

Great place for lunch. Can get more pricey later in the day but their lunch menu is quality food for a good price.

Service was okay. Food was a bit different than what I expected, but still good. A smidge pricey, though.

Best Christmas dinner in a long time!! Service was great, probably a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people here for Christmas. Food was served quicker than expected. We had Miso, Egg Drop & Dumpling soup. Each was hot & delicious. Edamame appetizer was good. Shrimp fried rice, General Tso's Chicken, Orange Chicken and vegetable medley all hot and very tasty.Had nothing to complain about and were so happy with the service and food. Definitely worth the 10 minute wait to be seated. Look forward to the next visit!

I really like their stir-fried string-bean dish. A+, 10/10. The service is good, and they have nice orchids. My friends and I enjoyed everything that we ordered. The menu has good options for vegetarians.

Best Chinese restaurant in Western Mass.! Take it from a fat Chinese guy who loves to eat! Awesome flavor in each dish, good portions, very fresh and doesn't leave you feeling like s@#% afterwards. The employees are really nice too! This place never disappoints!

The food is improved from the old AmChi that I knew & loved ... but the service was disappointing; appetizers were served at the same time as our main course. We also noticed that no one was served tea as was the norm before; we asked for some but it never arrived. The lack of salt, pepper & soy sauce on the tables was an indicator that the chef wants you to enjoy the food as prepared. And it was delicious.

The gua bao (刈包) was really good as well as the beef noodles (牛肉麵), unexpectedly boneless (!!). The å°ç± 包 were nice overall, especially considered this is Massachusetts... The boba tea (çç 奶茶) was really good, the çç especially, since they were firm and not sweet at all. A great dinner.
