Nice place. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Calamari was very good. I loved the glass of olives they gave us.

Amid all the bs covid the staff and management truly understand hospitality! The food and service is THEE best in Hyde Park!

Forbici was a chill spot with a cool vibe, a varied menu and solid staff. I had the impossible meatballs and a ceasar salad and was very happy. My friends have a salad and a pepperoni pizza, and the pizza looked great. Good service overall and a nice experience. Stop by for a full meal or go next door for a slice.

Forbici has set the bar for Modern Italian Food in the Tampa Bay area! I wandered in with a few friends on a Friday night, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma. We ordered the "Poppy's Shrimp" and a Cup & Char Roman Pizza to share: The "Poppy's Shrimp" were little bombs of fresh seafood goodness. When our pizza arrived, our expectations continued to be exceeded.The crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy. The toppings worked together beautifully. The marinara and cured pepperoni were packed with flavor, and the house-made mozzarella had a great consistency and very little oil. To top it off the food was out in a timely manor! By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit.The most comparable meal i have had in the Tampa Bay area to a traditional Italian Sunday dinner meal!

The art festival was awesome and busy just as I expected but my service was still phenomenal. My waiter Anthony excelled in making sure we were taken care of regardless of how many people he was assisting. He was consistently making sure everything was good to go and on point. I will definitely come by again and hope to have the same waiter again.

This is an unusual place. Not traditional but not too "out there" in the cuisine. Took my 99 year old grandmother here due to all the recommendations. She loved it! We all loved it! Their food is not easy so be patient - it's worth it! Service was outstanding. Owner had no problem coming to the table to talk. I can only say that the 5 stars I gave is only because 6 stars are not an option! Highly recommend!

I have been to this restaurant several times, and the food was great. Today I decided to treat my office staff to lunch, none of them had tried Forbici before, the welcome staff were very attentive, and seated us quickly, the waiter made several recommendations from the menu, 4 cheese pizza, along with some pasta selections, all items were delivered promptly, and the food was delicious, the waiter did a great job of keeping our drinks full, and providing service to our table. We will be back again for lunch !

Absolutely delicious food in a beautiful and modern atmosphere with fantastic service. I definitely will be returning. We had dinner for 2 with beverages at a very reasonable price. The food was worth every single penny spent. Our waitress Darihana was top notch! She gave wonderful and clear descriptions and was so patient and kind. What a wonderful first experience!

Spent a Sunday afternoon /evening outside, under the tent, and it was perfect. Great food. Great drinks. Great service. Our server, Felicia, was awesome. Great personality and perfect service. Couldn’t ask for more. We will recommend Forbici to friends and family.

Parvez was great. I love the ambiance and the seating style q pop and the music albeit the music was a bit too loud. I had the gluten free pizza which was the Tonda Round with cheese and sausage. I must say it was absolutely delicious. They have indoor and outdoor seating and frankly on a nice summer night like tonight I should have sat outside but the bar was fine. And now I must talk about the dessert. I was not impressed by the lemon olive oil cake. I could taste the olive oil and the presentation was so-so. Ok overall 4 stars. Great date spot!

This place was packed (90 min wait for a party of two) on a Thursday evening in February. Luckily someone canceled and we were seated (shout out to the great hostesses who communicated accurately and confidently) within minutes. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The menu is Italian but with contemporary twists. The food itself was good, but not great. For the gluten-free people out there, they do have gluten-free pasta and pizza!

Excellent food. The snapper was out of this world good. Excellent service too. Good scene. Good drinks. Good vibe. We'll be back.
