FOB Poke Bar

My favorite poke shop in downtown Seattle. I like those different toppings, and that their bowls aren't soggy with soy sauce or whatever sauce.The shop has some seats but you need to squeeze in lunch time as more than a dozen people line up around the tables.

Amazing place with fresh fish and toppings! They dont give much for the “proteins” but with the rest of the toppings they do give its a really big bowl for pretty cheap. Has a nice no fuss attitude and really fast service!

Order at the counter, non-fancy kind of place I love so much. Good poke and portions for the price. Large was enough for me and my partner. I liked that they let you mix in everything if you want it. Some of the non-fish ingredients were ice cold which wasn't great. Still, I'd fux with this again. Perhaps it was an off day.

The poke at FOB is excellent -- most importantly the fish is fresh and doesn't taste overly "fishy" at all. The selection for the toppings is very good, and posted prominently throughout the store, making it easy to decide what you want. Consequently, the line moves very quickly, even when it is very long during the lunch rush. I would recommend to any poke or sushi fan.

Interesting meal if you have never tried this type of food! I am not a fan of raw food so I went for the grilled chicken bowl. All the ingredients were very fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly and willing to help our group order after we told them it was our first time in. There was fruit infused water sitting out for you to help yourself to as wellFirst time trying seaweed! And that was also a hit!👍

Excellent place to eat!! Choose wisely, as you create your own. I loved the variety of fresh choices. They have edamame, raw fish (like sushi), cooked chicken, crab meat, veggies, and crunchy things like onion crumbles & whatnot. Then you can choose what kind of sauce you want to tie it all together. I chose a mild, soy sauce type. Another bonus is the flavored water! It is ice cold infused w/cucumber, watermelon... I think they change it up. It's very delicious while being much healthier than other places to eat.I love the green tea infused rice! The bowl has a satisfying crunch along soft, fresh ingredients.Since it's warm out, I love eating a chilled bowl of healthy ingredients.

Fresh. Delicious. The place is clean and nice. Sauces are great so try a few.

Amazing food and so many options. The reviews definitely matched my expectations and the staff were super friendly, helpful and patient. They also had complementary miso soup and lemon water which was refreshing. Everything was so fresh and delicious, I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a health lunch option.

I go here regularly and am never disappointed. Workers are friendly, quick, and always give similar portions. Fish is good but the bowls are more about the various toppings and sauce.

First time there. Food is quickly prepared and delicious. The place has a nice casual vibe but needs more seating and better air conditioning.

Visited this place for takeout during a recent visit to Seattle. Great quality and value!! Amazing service as well. Would definitely come back!
