I like more dark beers and was really pleased with the schwarzbier but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I really liked the NEbraska IPA. I also enjoyed the Hefeweizen. The interior is very clean and modern and the airplane themed decorations are a nice touch.

At long last, Nebraska beer finds a foothold in the panhandle. Modern digs, a brick pizza oven, and the balanced variety of beers make Flyover a welcome imbibing experience, usually only found in neighboring Colorado. Don’t expect any craft beer snobbery here, but rather a friendly staff and humble brewmaster excited to share delicious beer and food with a deserving, and perhaps unknowing community.

So stoked to have a super quality brewery in our home town. This place is destined for great success. Damn good beer and a fantastic vibe. Will look forward to trips home to 21 County to snag some of this brew!

I love Fly Over Brewing. First it’s different than all the chain places we found on the Main Street. Next—-it’s very welcoming. Friendly atmosphere and a fun staff. The food (we had the dates, wings, salads and pizza) and it was excellent. This establishment appeals to all. Fun merchandise based on WWII bomber designs. The beer was fantastic (especially the Helles) which I brought home to California). My only complaint, they don’t ship their beer to California. Hope that changes soon!

Went on for a quick visit when I was surprised to see this new place. Talked to the head Brewer who was good to visit with about what the history was and what they are trying to do. I sampled a couple brews along with taking some to go. I like the atmosphere and setup. Beer was solid and definitely worth the visit. Looks like they are still learning and getting a few kinks worked out. Will definitely stop in when I can stay longer and try the food as well. Prost!Prices and on tap pics were as of Nov 12, 2018.

It’s been a long time coming and a brewery has finally landed in the panhandle!The vibe in this place is fantastic. The beers I had were great. The wood fires pizza and wings didn’t disappoint. Staff was crazy friendly and always checking in on you. They gave me every reason to come back so I will. 😀

A great addition to Scottsbluff. Fun atomsphere, helpful staff, good beer, and great food. We loved our first visit and will definitely be back to try some more things on the menu. Very impressed with the cauliflower crust offered for a gluten free pizza option. Food was fresh and well presented. The outdoor seating was really comfortable and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of their food. It might become our new favorite in town.

Great selection of food and drinks with seasonal specials. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere with modern styling and special fixtures and decoration. Great for family meals too!
