Food not the best but service is good. However, with out a reservation this place is not the best, we got a table because a party cancelled their reservation. Very quiet, table if this is important to you.

A nice place in Carmel.The decor has an aprés ski type with all the walls and floor covered in wood. The food was delicious and the seafood had an asian twist. We ordered artichoke, alaskan black cod and rare ahi (tuna). The black cod could have more flavors, but the rest of the food was great.The service was great!

Kenny and Tina Fukumoto opened in the same location 1975 , the name was Shabu Shabu. In 1993 was renamed to Flying Fish Grill
