They dare charge so much for the bucket and don’t assemble order with enough numbers of flowers.Instead of 51flowers, I had paid, only 36 were delivered.I can't recommend.I so disappointed

Didn't deliver flowers on time, have a very unfavorable conversion to dollars (overcharged), offered no compensation for their poor service. Also, they delete all negative replies on their website making it look like they have great service, which couldn't be further from the truth. Don't use them. Especially if you don't speak Russian or Ukrainian they'll be sure to take advantage of that.

When I contacted them they tried to say it was because of the commission. They said they refunded me back and I can pay again. I did and they charged me $140. The day of the delivery, no flowers. I called them and NO ANSWER. They even tried to send me another pay email to pay again. THEY STOLE THE MONEY AND DID NOT SEND ANY FLOWERS.

Canceled the order. It can still be digested, but the money is returned within 7-10 working days, ie 2 weeks. Great!

Horrible customer service .They were supposed to deliver between 9-12. Then then said they will deliver by 18:00, Then by 22:00. And at 22:00 they said that the flowers I ordered they don't have any in stock and that they can deliver a different option the following day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
