I’m sure the 5 star reviews are all false. Very poor and unethical business practices. I would not recommend any customer to purchase goods from this bakery. I ordered a cake over the phone, specified exactly what I wanted and provided my card information. However, the shop owner didn’t inform me that I will be charged for my cake prior to pick it or informed me why she needed my card information. I was scheduled to pick up the cake on Friday in the afternoon and Friday morning my card was charged (IN FULL) for the cake without getting an opportunity to see the cake. This action is completely unethical and I was not notified that my card will be charged prior to picking up the cake. It’s is poor business practices to charge a customers card prior to receiving their goods and without notifying them that they will be charged.
