Hi Jeanette! As of today, you can purchase the book in the Flour Shop SoHo store, Williams-Sonoma or any major book retailer across the US. We also have a limited number of signed copies at Barnes and Noble and McNally Jackson! If you would like to get your book signed by Amirah, please come to Amirah's book signing at Flour Shop on Saturday from 12pm-3pm! The cake balls were $3 each. I'm not sure about the other item.

Yes they do make them without explosion, you can custom order cakes by emailed customer service from their website
