Hi Judith! This is Tanya the Assistant Director of Operations at Flour. Thanks so much for your question! Our multigrain bread is made with spelt flour, whole wheat flour, millet, sunflower seeds, and flax. We also have an initiative called Whole Flour, where 50% or more of the item is made with whole grains. For this we are using khorasan, farro, rye, and white whole wheat. Hi Michelle! Thanks for your question! We do not carry eggnog (vegan or otherwise) but we do have lots of vegan treats in the bakery - a seasonal vegan muffin, low-fat vegan chocolate cake, power bars, and almond macaroons. Plus oat milk and almond milk for espresso based drinks. We hope to see you soon!
They do sell. Whole bread different flavors u can call an ask if u can make a request for a pick up or get in store .....
