Ice cream was okay. Can purchase a souvenir "glass." Nowhere to sit and enjoy. You have to stand outside to eat. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

Delicious ice cream and well worth the wait for butterbeer ice cream! Lots of flavors for those who don't like butterbeer. The lines can get a little long, but in non-peak season it was definitely worth the wait.

The chocolate strawberry peanut butter Sundae is really good.

A must try if you're in the area! It was more ice cream then I expected, so worth the price. I tried the Butterbeer flavor (I had to!) but wasn't that impressed - it was mostly just vanilla tasting, honestly. But the experience was fun and I'd love to try more flavors! Can't go wrong with ice cream :)

Super fun flavors and everything was delicious. My brother has an allergy and they were very kind and patient and accommodating of us. Go if you can! The line moves fast.

It's an ice-cream parlor / dessert shop in a theme park, so keep that in mind. It is usually super crowded and noisy. Lots of delicious treats are available, most importantly the butterbeer ice cream. We tried to photograph ours before it began to melt and one of the girls behind the counter photobombed us. I love that photo so much. <3 I definitely recommend visiting on a hot summer afternoon, or honestly any time. I like ice cream a lot. ;)

Butter Beer ice cream; that should be reason enough to visit. Just to drive the point home; it's absolutely delicious and worth the amusement park price.

I loved this place although I had to wait in line, the ice cream is totally worth it. Although I didn’t try the Butterbeer flavor, and opted for the chocolate chili ice cream instead. It was totally worth it! The ice cream gave you a kick at the end of each bite... Plus, the atmosphere was welcoming and warm with friendly staff. In the future, if I ever visit Diagonal Alley again, I would definitely stop by here for ice cream!

We really enjoyed our ice cream! The flavors were very tasty and fun! I got the apple crumble, which was super tasty. It was like eating an apple pie! I wish this flavor was everywhere! The ice cream was a little melty, and the prices weren't phenomenal. But, for an amusement park and for themed ice cream, the prices were actually pretty good. The ice cream shop is a must do for those going to universal!

I'm so glad you guys didn't downgrade your Butterbeer ice-cream flavor since I'd last been there (last time I visited was nearly 4 years ago and I visited today!). My only complaint is that I'm kind've messy and I'd appreciate it if you please brought your paper ice cream bowls left. My dad won't let me get a fancy one and I had to hurriedly eat it from a waffle cone before it could melt all over my hands and face. Made a bit of a mess...

To say the ice cream is wonderful would be an understatement. First I tried the soft server Butterbeer ice cream. It was very good and tasted very close to all the butterbeer I had been drinking.My wife got the Strawberry and Peanut Butter Ice Cream. It tried it and it was also fantastic. There are a ton of flavors to be had here and I think this was her go to. I would love to try every flavor but its really hard to when you find a new favorite.

The Butterbeer, Strawberry & Peanut Butter, and Apple Crumble flavors are the best! Lines can be long. They do not allow sampling of flavors. Definitely worth to wait to try unique Harry-Potter-World-themed flavors! They offer hard ice cream or soft serve.
