Okay, a balanced review and experience here.The ladies whom directed us around the complex displayed impeccable service and class ( don’t forget to politely ask for the Visitors Card, if you are a foreigner)The assistants in the high end gentleman’s part of LL, not so much. My wife gave me the go ahead to get a Canada Goose jacket down there, but nobody came to me, so walked away - off to Soho. Why so stand offish? Then, off for some lunch at Flip. Totally different experience. Anthony, ( on a Team, everyone is a brand ambassador in my opinion) looked after us so well, and made sure my vegan wife was well catered for, even in a burger themed outlet.Whilst dining there, several non retail staff members came in for lunch and were chatting, and we got a feeling of what a magnificent community of people work at Bloomingdales to all make it the great brand it is.
