Their pastries are amazing and really top notch! Some pastries from other places in the area are dry and/or have a funny buttery taste, those issues were not found in the three we purchased! Will definitely be back!

Delicious and pricey.

I went into this little gem of a bakery three times in as many days when we were visiting from Spokane. The croissants with gruyere cheese and ham are simply out of this world! We have enjoyed different varieties all over the world, and these are my favorites. Perfection! Happy to see a local business doing so well!

Whitney is an amazing baker. All of her treats are fresh, delicious and beautiful! I’ve tried many of her sweets and always amazed how good they all are!

Fleur will blow your socks off—then hand them back to you freshly laundered, and smelling nicely of butter. They’ve got excellent pastries for sweet teeth and savory folks, plus small plates and a bread selection featuring a baguette that will redefine your notions about heaven in bread. The coffee by Waxwing Roasters is perfect—you will be missing out if you don’t hit this place while you’re in Whitefish.

Fantastic baked goods....my wife, the French trained pastry chef, told me the Cannelle’ was the best she has ever had.

Fleur is an outstanding choice for your wedding cake vendor! I planned an elopement style wedding for GNP from hundreds of miles away which can make it difficult to feel in-tune with vendors. Whitney was so easy to work with! She was responsive and happy to accommodate any of my cake visions and changes throughout the process. The cake was delivered on time to our reception location, absolutely gorgeous, and delicious!
