Great food, prices and customer service!! I love it!!

Ordered food an hour before hand to get food for lunch while at work ordered an hour before hand knowing I'm at work. I ordered 5 sandwiches they told me 40 mins I showed up in 50 mins giving them 10 mins my sandwiches weren't even started on! Which resulted in me being late for work waiting another 20 mins to see tgem make the sandwiches in front of me smh I always loved this place but their time management is horrible I've ordered more food in less time at other places all the time with no issues very dissappointed

Food is Great , Takes a little while to be made because they make fresh on the spot . But that wait is so worth it . Will most definitely go bacc and recommend this spot !! 💯

Best steak tacos I've ever had. Love this place. Great food at a fair price.

The food is not as bad as some say it’s actually good at least what i had but nothing, i mean nothing is worse than the wait at this place. You would think when you place your order they actually go grocery shopping just to make your meal. Do not be in a hurrry if you go here it is at least a 45 minute wait even for the smallest order. Yes there is a young girl working the counter she cant be older than 10. I actually amazed how they stay in business when their customer turnover rate is what it is. I mean if they server 10 meals in 10hrs at an hour a meal how do they make any money. 🤔

I will never eat there again. Has to wait for my food almost an hour, and then the steak was burnt, beans where watery and cold. Horrible.

Good food, slow service.

First time at Flama Tropical. We ordered take-out, nothing too fancy just rice and beans and pork. We waited for 30 minutes for a simple combo and it was not even all that good. And we received no explanation or apology from server. Very disappointed. Will never purchase anything from this establishment again.

Delicious. Family owned, friendly service. Food delivered to your table, but order at the counter. Very small dining area only seats about 30 people. Be prepared to wait for your order... but it's so worth it. Everything made to order, even the taco shells.

I love that they make it fresh to go but I would recommend ordering over the phone if you're just picking up! It does take a while...

Good Spanish food and sandwiches till after hours makes great stop after club or bars! 🙂👍

Whomever is cooking lately at the restaurant needs to learn how to flavor their beans and rice. Rice had absolutely no flavor and I figured the beans would make up for it. Nope. Bland white rice and beans. Their wait is always ridiculously long too. They need better and more cooks. It used to be spectacular. Not recently
