Do not order from here online at least. Everything we got was so disgusting. Would rather eat at a high school cafeteria.

I never once saw a ship

Ended up hitting this place during a holiday (the Fourth of July?) and was pleasantly surprised. It has an unpretentious atmosphere but ends up being classier than most sports bars, and their selection of craft brew on tap was pretty solid as well. Recommended.

I understand a bar tender may have a drink or two but if you’re slurring your words and can’t complete a sentence then you shouldn’t be serving. They changed up the menu and the food just isn’t good as it used to be. The bar was missing half the ingredients for both of our drinks. Disappointed.

Cool atmosphere and decent selection, however, the NACHOS came with TEN individual CHIPS!!! That's $.90 a chip, what a jip!Disappointed

So we ordered food through grubhub ... Only half our food got delivered. We called and spoke with a woman at flagship and she said they don't have the items we ordered and nothing they can do and that we should contact grubhub. So basically their menu that's on grubhub isn't correct and has many items that they don't even sell at their restaurant. We called back again and i asked for clarification about why we paid for two soups and sandwich that they don't carry and we didn't receive. Luckily this unfriendly woman on the phone at Flagship got another employee named Hailey who decided to actually help us. She told us to contact grub hub and they would call them and give us a refund for the meal. In the end it handled but it took two phone calls to get someone to care about what happened.

Fast service and friendly staff.

Wife and I ordered delivery on a Friday night due to great reviews. My well done burger came almost raw, essentially falling apart like raw beef would. Burger also came with no top bun. Bottom bun was extremely soggy. Poutin fries looked and tasted like microwaved fries with chunks of string cheese. Won't even mention the sweet fries. Delivery took over an hour, while we're a 15 minute drive away at most. It might be a good place for a drink and an appetizer, but I'm not willing to try it. Would not recommend delivery.

So this place used to be my favorite and I ordered it once every two weeks. I picked up food today and it was not good 🤦🏼‍♀️the fries were very soggy and extremely over seasoned, the French onion soup had absolutely no flavor (tasted like watered down beef broth and cheese) and my salad was subpar. I’m very sad this place has gone downhill because it was so delicious a year ago. Did you guys change chefs or something?! All the flavors tasted very different. :( Bring back the old flagship!!!
