This place is as tasty as they describe it! You’ll order first and then wait to pickup your order, they have many options available and it is truly delicious!

I had a burger and all the ingredients were prepared well, but altogether the experience for me was average. I would appreciate presenting an own burger with fixed ingredients and a special home made sauce. Instead I had to choose my own ingredients and the sauces were what you can generally buy at a store.

Decent food, but quite pricey. They did add way too much cajun spices on the cajun fires though.

Amazing for gluten free eating. The staff was the nicest and super accommodating, I will definitely come back often. Highly recommended!!! ps. I ordered the lettuce wrap bacon burger. Edit: I have been there dozens of times now and never gotten sick from gluten cross contamination. This means a lot to me. Thanks!

Amazing food, definitely worth the money. Everything tastes fresh and is prepared the same day. Great restaurant, coming back when I have the time.

Five Guys in the Netherlands is a godsend. What they do, they do well. Fresh burgers, great fries and amazing shakes. Best fast food around. The Central Station branch is a bit bigger, but also busier in general. The Leidsche Rijn one is also good. Would love to see more of these restaurants pop up.

The best average burger's network in the world

A bit pricey for what seems like an average fastfood restaurant comparable to MCD or BK at first, but the food tastes incomparably better and the burgers are customized due to the free selection of toppings and sauces. Pretty similar to Subway for that matter. The buns are fresh as well. You can taste that all of the ingredients are fresh and carefully prepared. I had cajun fries with my bacon cheeseburger and they were well seasoned and very tasty. The paprika flavour as well as the hint of chillies were coming through in an exciting way, justifying the price they ask. If you are new to them it is worth checking out. They are very customer friendly as well.

Nice place to eat a different Burger

With no exceptions all burgers are custom made but too expensive and slow to be fast food and too fast food to be a real restaurant. I wonder how long they last before closing doors. The shakes are 5 stars for sure.

Love the concept of choosing your own toppings. You can basically build your own burger. Free refills, real American style and large portions of chips/fries. It's basically in between the fast-food chains and burger restaurants on quality and price. They found the right sweet spot.

I've been to Five Guys' restaurants in South California, Canada and London. This one in Utrecht made the most tasty and fresh Burger & Fries. The service was fast and the staff friendly. Would eat there definetly again.

Especially the Ca Jun fries were amazing. (Even though the burgers and milk shakes are very welcome too of course.)
