I thought I'd give this one more try it is actually worse than the other time!!!! The whole overall place it's just not professional nor do I feel like it's clean.... it seems like Jack in the Box has fresher ingredients in this place

That price, though...Don't get me wrong, it was a good burger. The fries were saltier than the ocean, but the burger was pretty good.I just don't think that it was "$20+ for a burger, fries, and a drink" good. I've had proper sit-down three-course meals cheaper than I just paid. Charging that much for a walk-up burger joint, the sandwich should be so good it makes me see Jesus, but instead it was, you know... pretty good, I guess.

It is a little pricey but the food and service is wonderful

Great food, you only ever need a small fry because they dump a bunch in the bag.

Some recomendations regarding 5 guys Burgers.I think they do a lousy job of describing their products on their pick-up menu.1) They're double patty burgers, they'll sell you single if you ask for one.Frys are not included with burgers, you have to order separatelyTheir fry orders are huge!Be prepared to go over exactly what you want on your burger, in detail (i.e. reg., lite or extra) on each condament.They're expensive butt tasty.

They provided quick service and great food. Although for the price its a little high its still not a bad spot.

Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with bbq sauce and Cajun fries and now I’m hooked

Great service, you never see the workers doing nothing. Always keeping the inside and outside tidy up. Very friendly, good background music, relativity fast service as well. Very pleased overall.

Wasn't good at all if you pay that much for a burger it should be great it taste like my baby sister cooked it and she only 10

Fresh, hot, juicy burgers. I have never had a bad meal here and that means a lot to me!

The bathroom water is so boiling hot that you can't wash your hands, I don't think the workers here can actually wash their hands.The trash cans are always overflowing and the bathroom towel dispenser is always empty. These were my observations being there three times.

Superior customer service. Felt genuine talking about my order then just a cashier asking your order. And a delicious burger well worth the price. Good portion size on sauce too.

Over priced, under delivered. Pictured is the regular sized fry. If you don’t ask for mayo or ketchup it will come dry and they don’t ask if you want to add anything

First and only visit to this chain. Absurdly overpriced mediocre quality food at best. $15 for a burger and fries. And the decor looks an awful lot like in&out...- Small fries was an 8oz Dixie cup for $4. Ha!- Stated literally no where on their overhead menu, a regular burger is a double patty and a "little" is a single patty. - Burger itself was completely mediocre and forgettable. - Bun wasn't even toasted. - Onions were huge chunks, not diced. Very curious why people seem to like this place...
