The fries at this place are way to salty or over spiced not even edible.

Love this location! Very friendly team that gets your burger and fries fresh and fast.

Placed an order online at 5:50PM to be ready for 6:30PM when I got to the restaurant my order wasn’t ready until 7:05PM and THE ORDER WAS WRONG they forgot my fries. Brutal.

Bar far the best burger you can get. With most fast food restaurants not all locations are created equal. This chain has good burgers whether in Orchard Park or Niagara Falls.

We really enjoyed this place! Being from Texas, we were hungry for a cheeseburger and this was the place to be!

Delicious burgers and fries for a pretty high price. That's why it's got 4 stars and not 5. The ambiance is loud with both music and echo-ey architecture that seems to extend the life of every sound made in that room. The workers are all really nice. It took about ten minutes to get my burger and "little" fries, so don't go in an urgent hurry.

The burgers, fries, and shakes are always great here. It's a bit pricey, but the quality is excellent, so I don't really have a problem with it. The portions are out of control too (in a good way), a small fry fills up a whole paper bag. I would always recommend it to people in the mood for a good quality burger and delicious fries!

The food is absolutely delicious & for the most part the staff is good. I'm a little bias because my son was the manager at the Niagara Falls location but even if he weren't I would give it the same rating.

Everything is made fresh to order. Nothing beats their fresh cut huge bag o fries and hey, free peanuts! The salted caramel shake is off the hook.

Food is good but they aren't careful enough with their Gluten Free allergy prep. I asked an employee to please change his gloves as I just saw him working with hamburger buns. He did but then the other guy promptly came over and used his bun gloves to pick up handfuls of fries and throw them in. When I asked for a refund I got it but not until he argued with me about whether or not he did that. I don't think they realize that they contaminate to entire vat of oil, permanently, even if they only get a crumb or two in it. Used to love it but can't go back until whenever they do a full "oil change"!

Simple, clean and fresh. Everything you want in a burger.

Cool location. I had the bacon burger no cheese and a small fries (which was perfect). Try the small fries size, since they throw extra in the bag :-) it really is enough for one person!
