Great burgers! Their milkshakes are handmade when you order and are much better than you would find at a fast food chain. Service is fast and cooked to order. Large selection of drinks with refills available. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like are their fries. I prefer crisp fries, and theirs are so soggy and limp I wouldn't even consider ordering them.

This location is my local 5 guys located in a strip mall and it does provide what's advertised reliably. Ferrari soda fountains and fresh made to order burgers. Only complaint I have in the place is the layout. While waiting for your order there is no practical place to be out of the way of other patrons. Burgers are better than regular fast food for sure. Strangely the music playing overhead is consistently decent too. Recommend.

For a fast food place, the food here is fantastic. The price is a little steep for the amount of food you get, but it is fast, delicious, and they're practised and efficient.I also wish they had seedless buns. I cannot eat sesame or any other kind of seed, so when I come here, I miss out on having a burger on a bun. I either have to eat it in a bowl, or bring my own bun from home.Despite this their food is fantastic and it will remain one of our favorite fast food stops.

Tonight I had a very different experience as I watch a supervisor or shift leader struggle with a young man with maybe a leg disability argue back.n forth with her Rose about the work load. He did this right in front of "Us" the customers. This happened at around 925pm 930pm

Their burgers are good but I always need to add salt to them. I wish the fries were a little crispier. But considering the lack of great burger joints in this area, it gets the job done.
