Five Guys

I ordered using Uber eats. When I received my food my fries were nice and hot.. my sandwich on the other hand was extremely soggy and not made correctly. I ordered a veggie burger without cheese. I asked that some of my topping be on the side and they piled the bun full of everything plus the things I asked for on the side.Overall fries were tasty but burger .. no from me.

This was my first experience at Five Guys. It is located in downtown Naperville. I ordered a regular size Cajun Fries and Strawberry shake (they only had one size, which looked like a medium). I asked for "light" cajun seasoning on the fries since I wasn't sure if I would like them or not. The young man who took my order was down-to-earth and super helpful. The strawberry shake was delicious. You can tell they use FRESH strawberries, which is a plus in my book. The cajun fries were a little too spicy for me, so I had to throw them out. Next time, I will try out the regular fries, and burger to go along with it. My only complaint was that it seemed a little pricey. It cost me $10 for just the fries and shake.

My coworker and I were in charge of picking up a huge order for everyone at the office - eight people ordering separately. A recipe for lunch disaster, basically. However, this was by far the most seamless, easy pick up EVER. The parking lot at this location sucks but once we got a spot and went in, they had ALL of our burgers ready to go and began making the fries fresh. All of the individual bags were labeled and orders correct, and the milkshakes were labeled as well. We just had to give the names and wait only about five minutes! The food has always been great at this location but this experience was definitely review worthy.
