The food is consistently great across the chain at Five Guys (and the fries are the best in the business), but I have to call out the Waynesboro, VA location for the service. Crystal and Earl in particular go above and beyond. They always make me smile. I travel a lot across the US, so I often pop into the local Five Guys for a favorite bite to eat. The general manager, Ryan, has a stand-out crew in Waynesboro.

Staff was excellent and pleasant. Food quality was amazing. Next time I'm in town for work I will definitely visit again. All 3 of the young gentlemen were pleasant and 2 were sharing their knowledge with the 1 that was training. Highly recommended!

The food was really good, and the service was lightning fast. They did make my son feel bad because he wasn't sure how to order, since he had never been there,but I fixed the problem myself.

So tasty. The meat is juicy and delicious. The staff are so warm and welcoming. Definitely don’t go there if you have a peanut allergy because there are peanuts everywhere. That sucks, but hey people with peanut allergies honestly suffer too much. They deserve the Five Guys experience without the fear of passing away. 🤦ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸

The food is way too high for no more than you get. You can go anywhere to get a hamburger for much less, and it's better than five guys.

Amazing food, very clean, great service!! The general manager- Ryan, is amazing, so helpful and very patient as well as one of the other managers- Kenna, they both went above and beyond to help me and were so pleasant to talk to. 10/10 recommend

Awesome burgers and fries. Gluten Free options always available.Five Guys is one of our favorite burger places. On the road and knew we would be happy with the food and service, well this location didn't dissapoint at all. Super friendly, clean as a whistle, great burgers and fries. The always free peanuts we're on point as they grilled up our burgers (lettuce wraps style) and our hotdogs.Open till 10, so it's perfect for a late night bite.

Wouldn't come to the door to take my order. I didn't have a phone to call in an order. Do better with customer service.
