Five Guys

This was my first visit to a five guys, at first I thought it was a little pricey but after eating it was well worth it. The burger was DELICIOUS, very friendly staff and clean establishment

Went there today with my sister- such a friendly staff as always, it seems anytime I’m there our register person always is understanding and helps us out!!! I paid $4 in coins and my sister used last $2 on her card for me to get Cajun fries and a drink, the sweet older male employee let us get another cup and packed our bag with extra fries, always worth for the fresh fries and burgers. Love this place !

Hot, fresh and made to order! We loved the option of the lettuce wrap on the burgers.

Last two times I went they messed up my order. Ticket is correct, but when I got home it was wrong.

Way too greesy bout gave me a heart attack my arms literally were tingling for a couple hours after eating all that grease

Great handmade burgers, freshly cut fries are even better if you ask for them crispy. Orders take a little longer because everything is made when ordered, but the wait is definitely worth it! I love this place!

Ordered from Uber eats, terrible service. They were "preparing" the food for over 50 minutes. We will never order from them again.

Came in Saturday night!! Open sign was lit up and hours posted said open until 11:00pm. We walked in at 8pm with a terrible greeting and a snobby woman telling us “I guess we can take your order” while getting death glare from the other staff. Come to find out they closed at 8 but how are we supposed to know when hours posted are wrong!!! We said we could go somewhere else but they insisted rudely that we order so we did while all 3 women gossiped about us the whole time waiting for our food. Not to mention they locked us in and got mad they had to let us out. So uncomfortable, I’m never going there again.

Always a great service at this 5-Guys. The place is clean, the staff are friendly and quick and the food is well cooked. easily one of the best fast-food place is Columbus

I like 5 guys burgers and fries. It is a great burger. I am just not sure that it is a $10 burger. I spent just about $18 on a burger a small fry and a drink. All delicious just kind of on the pricey side.

As always very tasty, staff is knowledgeable and trained regarding allergies, I get the gluten free lettuce wrap and fries... All gluten free and delicious

Music is so loud had to leave before I was done eating. Asked the counter person how the shakes were. His response..."ok I guess?" Fries were good, so was shake. Burger had enough ketchup and mustard for a family of 8. Had to scrape it off both sides. Bun was completely soggy so just ate the beef. Not impressed. They need to sweep the floor instead of standing around. I wanted to like this place but it's not going to happen.
