Being in an airport I figured it'd be a little more expensive, but 17 bucks for a 12 Oz drink is ridiculous. Food was good so I can't knock that, although if your getting sushi make sure there's no dust falling on it from the fan above

If there's a best bartender award, it should go to Janice!

Food: it's good for airport sushi. Fish is always fresh on all my visits. Beware they don't have a kitchen so I avoid any tempura type role based on experience. Edamame is microwaved but most is. Miso is pretty good.Drinks: They have a full bar and the bartenders are very nice. Plugs underneath the bar for people that are on their phone too much like most of us. Or you plug in a hair dryer. Whatever floats your boat...Ambience: As someone else mentioned, it is good for people watching. They have plenty of tv's for sports, news, or soap operas. Whatever you're into. Also they have a piano for the food court area which is right there. They normally have a nice lady playing.Worth a stop if you're passing between terminals.

Awesome sushi, fast service and great location in between all terminals. A definite must stop if you are a sushi lover and either stopping or going through Charlotte.

I had a couple hour lay over here and needed a place to eat and relax waiting on my flight. At 1pm on a Saturday it was not busy at all. Rolls were hand made and came out fast. The drinks were good and not watered down. The bartender was great and very attentive. I waited just a couple minutes before he asked to help. The taste of the Orville & Wilbur's Roll was good. For being in an airport, the quality was decent. Not a top rated sushi restaurant but definitely good for air port quality. The sweet chili sauce on this roll was not overly heavy and let the tuna flavor come through. The spicy crab inside was excellent. For seating, there were tons of high top tables or bar options. Because food cane or quite quick, you would not have to wait long even if they were full. Overall, I highly recommend this stop if your on a layover and have a need for some sushi.

Sushi was delicious and the open air atmosphere was a respite from the other terminal options.

If you love people watching and are lucky enough to catch a piano player its a great ambiance to your bar experience.

This is my favorite bar in CLT. It is great for sushi, a beer or cocktail and people watching. I always enjoy a different sushi roll each time I visit. I've never had anything I didn't like or tasted bad. The staff has never been anything but friendly. My only wish is that they had more tables and/or a bigger bar. It stinks when I have limited time and cant wait for a seat.

Tasty sushi. Very nice service. Enjoyed the rose wine. Live piano player nearby. Only disappointment: soggy shrimp tempura. Skip that item.
