One of my favorite places in York. Found it last year and went back 2 times in the same weekend!!! Always been a lover of York54, go everytime I am in York! To find out Chef Jason had another great spot was awesome! The pickled beets were mouthwatering! Going back again for a girls night Feb 8th and can't wait to introduce them all to an amazing food experience!!

Original take on poutine, breaded zucchini with cheese curds and sauce similiar to remoulade. We got fish and chips and the pork chop entrees. All were excellent but seasoning was scarce on all three. Plus when I think of poutine, I think smothered;this was lacking seasoning, curds and sauce. We started with the S&M G&T and the blueberry/pomegranate martini. Both were ok, but could have been ramped up a little. Went to the margarita next- that did the trick for flavor and balance. The service was excellent, cheerful and friendly! Portions are generous, prices are reasonable. Adequate parking. If you aren't familiar with the restaurant, you might miss it, it looks like home not a business and signage is minuscule, barely visible. I look forward to going again and reccomend trying it for yourself. It was overall a very pleasant experience!

We were recommended this place, absolutely delicious and the craft beer selection was great too. I want to move here just so I can try all the dishes.

This place is a hidden gem! Salmon was cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere for a private date night and decedent plum bread pudding! This place came recommended to us and we will sure spread the word of how good it was.Nice touch to have the chef ask how our meals were. We will certainly be going back soon!

We enjoyed First Hill. Some items looked great, but lacked flavor/seasoning. Things that are easily fixable. Loved that they offered fresh oysters (one Asian sauce that came w those didn’t make sense). The wings were very tasty. They had some cool house cocktails as well. Cozy dining areas. Try it!

Food was alright I ordered the fish and chip it was good my son ordered a burger. Prices are a little high for amount of food you get. It's a small place reminded me more of a house and tables very close to others eating.

You would be hard pressed to find a better dining experience in the area. Talented chefs, an ever changing menu and comfortable atmosphere have made this our goto restaurant. Seasonal fiddlehead dishes. Fresh seafood prepared creatively. The buffalo cauliflower app is awesome. Even a basic hamburger is somehow out of this world. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

How do you build a Restaurant Empire? Follow the example of talented and enterprising Chef Jason Miller. You start with a unique breakfast nook serving French Quarter beignets. Then you open a lunch Bistro producing the most unique and tasty pizzas in town. Finally, you launch the flagship restaurant, which is named after the tallest of the three hills of Mount Agamenticus.First Hill is an amalgam of Mediterranean and American fine dining. What is your pleasure: a perfectly grilled ribeye, succulent pork chop, the freshest fish? Here you can still get a good bottle of wine, or a nice microbrew for a fair price. This is exquisite dining without the snobbery and expense. There are two designated handicap parking spaces next to a handicap ramp. The ramp will take you to the restaurant entrance on the left or straight ahead to outside dining.
