Tried it for first time. You make your order at the register then get your sub. The menu is at the other side, so can't see it while ordering. High wall so you can't see them making the food. I left without a purchase .I don't know what they were thinking when they laid out the store. I'll stay with subway.

First time going to any Firehouse subs. Employees are kids who have little to no training on hospitality. Felt a bit intimidating in here since everyone kept starring at me for no reason. Quality of food wasnt bad. 0% chance ill be back.

Restaurant was very crowded for lunch and as a result it took quite a while to get our sandwiches. Service could have been a little better. But still good quality food.

I love sandwiches from Firehouse Subs. This location was clean and easily accessible, but limited with parking. The building sits adjacent to a major intersection traffic light. Our food was made in an okay rate of time with regards to our group size. The only complaint I have was the cashier obviously didn't delete the raw onions from my sandwich order as requested. Other than that, it was good still.
