Food was good & made in a decent time frame. Employees, especially the cashier, was a little unprofessional & weird but it was nothing major.

The sandwich looked like a hot pile of mess. More like a Moes' burrito than a sandwich. The staff should invest some time in cleaning up the place as well. By far the worst Firehouse I have visited.

They were nice but out of ham and 2 other meats and they scrapped the bottom of the barrel for my soup.

My wife and I love to get the Turkey Bacon Ranch sub and the Cheddar Brisket sub and split them so we each have a half from each sandwich. It's like the best of two worlds!! Also, the brownies never disappoint! 😊

Service was great! I walked in and they didn’t have what I had ordered there in the past. The cashier helped me find something similar and suggested ways to substitute other ingredients to make what I wanted! It took a little longer since they made my sandwich wrong the first time but one of the other employees caught it and fixed it for me before I even received the sandwich. Overall very pleased with how much thy helped me.

Come here very often....they are normally pretty busy but get me out quick...I had an issue once with one of my subs but informed the staff the next time I was in and they made sure it was rectified.
