The experience was horrible. The employee Sam instructed us to leave the store and that no one should wait on us because we complained about paying 30.00 for 2 subs with no meat all bread. He called us Angry women, he was just so unprofessional. Whatever happen to customer service and the customer is always right. Guess what not in this case he was very argumentative and loud. We will never eat there again and will tell everyone that we know and meet not to go there because the service was horrible,the food was horrible and the wait time was horrible.

Wish i could rate this negative -5stars!! This location is HORRIBLE!! 4X i ordered a steak &cheese with NO ONIONS and it's always a disappointment. I don't understand how hard it is to NOT put onions on a sandwich it just doesn't make sense to me! Nevermind the fact that the place is always dirty and really hard to find a clean table! I tell EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO THIS LOCATION! What a shame!

Wow!Great subs, but never again at lunch! 26 minutes and counting since I walked in for 1 sub takeout....still a bunch in front of me and a dozen behind...The manager should be FIRED! TWO PEOPLE MAKING SANDWICHES.Wish I had not paid! What a joke

Terrible service! Waiting for 20 minutes and they haven't had no idea what happened to the order, it's like she hasn't even seem me before when I had just paid for it.

Ive gone once or twice, not the best sandwich place I've been to but it sure beats most places such as Subway. Good sized portions, nice menu, and customer service was decent. Good place to get a quick sandwich.
Pros & Cons
I love this place. The customer service is outstanding. Kelsey and Sarah make a great team. The food was delicious better than subways and other sub chains. Their Jerk Turkey sub was surprising. We were serviced during a POSSIBLE Hurricane Watch, they close at 6.p.m. to tend to their own safety. I was surprised to know that they were open. So cool. Stay safe guys!

I stopped in on 3/12/18. I am not sure how, but Theresa was the only one there. With that said, she held the fort down. She did what she had to and got us in and out surprisingly fast. Not one customer walked out even though she was alone. She is a keeper.
