One of the best places around to get a sub. Little bit pricey but you pay good money for good things. I Eat there all the time and will continue to do so.

I went to pick up an order for my friend. He said the food was good. Only issue they didn't have a drink he wanted. I have never officially eaten food from here but I hear the subs are delicious.

They did not have my order ready when I got there got told I had to wait a few minutes and it was very warm in the store. I over heard someone say they never got my order and they did not want to make my order when there was only 1 person in the store making subs. I should have at least got offered a drink for my long wait time.

I usually enjoy firehouse subs but this time there was a loud young lady working that was talking and playing too much behind the counter. Her demeanor detracted from the atmosphere of friendliness and professionalism I usually experience at this restaurant chain. I will probably skip this one next time and go to another one several miles away.
