Short on staff. The one manager had a bad attitude and had her shoes off showing her toe nails when I walked in. Other staff memberS were hiding out in the bathroom while waited to order. Finally got my order after almost 20 minutes. This location needs a new staff. They were not the cleanest location I’ve been to I have reported them to the health department. I was discussed by the lady Simone was had her shoes off when I walked in.. yuck! 🤢

My wife and I just left this restaurant around 8:30 and we are not pleased with our service. The place was not CLEAN it deserves to be shut down by the health department. When I started to approach the bathroom I was hit with a STRONG unpleasant smell. As my wife and I were ordering our food. We seen ants on the floor as well as the counter. My wife found hair in her food as well. The lady didn't even wanna take my order and seemed uninterested, this is unacceptable and we won't be back. I did take it upon myself and called the health department to let them know what we saw

My sub was excellent. One of the best Italian subs but i can't give you 5 stars because of the cell phones. Where i worked no cell phone except break or lunch. Thsts the only problem i have.

Good sandwich, delicious bread, not very expensive, and they deliver through door dash. No wow factor but a good sandwich, will order again.

Subs were good. Service was up and down. The girl at the register was highly distracted by the other two she was working with while she took our order. Everything was pleasant and worked out though.

Im not sure if my spelling is correct, but a employee by the name Earnest took extra time out of his day to make mine better, and it was really appreciated especially after having to put my puppy of 12 years down, after letting him know about my situation in a casual conversation he made my sub and bought me a cookie which isn't much but ive never had a employee of any establishment do something like that in my 68 years of life, and i have severe arthritis and the gentlemen carried my bags to my car. Overall very comforting employee and i enjoyed the nice conversation we had, especially when he was the only employee i seen working, granted the conversation in the back from others could be work planning, he was able to manage 3 customers before me and also manage me and my problems, thank you so much, will be returning!

Took them one hour to make a small and one medium sandwich and we were eating in the store. They said they had alot of hubgrub. I think they should take care of people who are eating in first
