Sandwich was wet dripping mayonnaise everywhere. The facility was U.N. clean, no napkins with ice all over the floor. Hostess acted as if customers were bothering her. Needless to say I got sick from my food. Never again.

Too freaking slow. Empty store and still took over 15 minutes to get 1 sandwich. Geeze....

Good sandwiches, good service, clean restroom. Choice of different salsas, a small place to sit outside if desired. If you want to go for a quick eat, don't go, they take a little while to give you the food. But its worth it. But its because they are making you the sandwich nice and hot. Different size of sandwiches> small, medium or large. Or a nice combo with chips & drink.

Just left the Firehouse Sub in Atascocita. The food was slop. I ordered a large club so that I could take the leftovers to work tonight. No chance of that. The sandwich was a wet mess and I only asked for very light on the mayo so it should have been good. The meat was just thrown on the sandwich in no semblance of layers and the tomatoes were asoggy mess. My chilli looked like it was way past needing to be changed out for fresh. I' just wish these young men would take more pride in their work. Maybe hire some girls? Duh

Liked Firehouse since it opened in Huntsville, Texas. And glad to see it close to where I work now in Houston. Had a nice Virginia Hzm with bacon sandwich for the late lunch after the meeting. Good end to my workday.

The food is great and the Texans specials are such a bargain! However I went on Monday at noon, to get the the Texans special and there was only one employee working in the store. He was doing a great job...poor guy was glued to the counter, never complained and was courteous to every customer! Obviously the other employees did not show up for work, but this service level is not acceptable.This was the only time it has happened during my visits to the Atascocita store.
