Listen whoever hired Steve did a GREAT JOB! He gave us the BEST customer service we've experienced in a long time!! HE IS AWESOME!!! The food too as well!! We will be back most definitely! Thanks Steve

The woman there ignore you while they are in conversation I believe some may be on drugs I will not be back to this location also cross contamination with there phones constantly in hand also wrong change was given back 2 x in the last 3 months I have had to stop there to have lunch unfortunately closest to my meetings at the time my suggestion is new GM to fix this store it seems whoever runs this store doesn't care for it! Or firehouse in general! Thank goodness I'm back over to my manatee location!

Now I remember why I stopped going to Firehouse Subs! I ordered a large sub with provolone cheese, and double ham, and a meatball sub. Unfortunately I live 5miles away, because the ham& cheese had mayonnaise, tomato, lettuce, oil, and onions.The m.ball sub was good, but it was a small. I didn't order small!!

Ordered food yesterday through the app and they messed it up. I called because I had the receipt showing it was ordered properly. Very nice manager (Cindy) said to come in the next night (it's not right around the corner) and she would remake it. Husband goes in tonight (Cindy is not there) and gets the same exact order again. They did comp it because of the night before which was nice. Get food home and it is again not right. Called again and manager was very nice. Nice is not getting me dinner 2 nights in a row. This place is overrun with either incompetence or just a lack of caring.

The Hook & Ladder is my go to sandwich. Always made fresh. The service is okay, sometimes grouchy, but they seem understaffed. The self serve soda fountain has a tremendous variety of beverages. Did I mention they sell Miss Vickie’s chips? Well they do and they pair well with the warm Hook & Ladder sub. Firehouse Subs has everything I look for for a sandwich.And, they support firefighters!

Love their subs, but since going gluten free, I can no longer partake unless I want it as a salad. Their bread was the best and I loved the way they steamed their subs so they were soft and warm.
