Food was good had a little issue with the service. I was the only one in there there might have been two to go orders but it took 15 minutes to fulfill my order from receipt to table. The accidentally almost gave my food away since the lady at the register didn't give me a number she might have been new.

It took a half hour to get our order and it's not busy. There's other customers here with the same issue. Disappointed.

Food is normally good here. Took 30 minutes to my food and recieved burnt bread. Where is the attention to quality? Why does it take 30 minutes for a sandwich? Sad quality of workers with no sense of urgency.

I ordered via post mates and double checked the order with the most awesome staff member at Firehouse subs Ricketa. Ricketa thank you so much for all your generous help. This lady made my night.The sub was amazing tonight. I love Firehouse subs... If you haven't had a sub from here you haven't had a sub.

Love the subs!!! Customer service from JR was excellent. Definitely will be back!!!EDIT: Came in at 8:30pm, they close at 9pm. African American lady had an issue that I wanted to place an order of 1 sub, kept looking at the clock like there was a problem. Then I hear her say she wants chop pickles & I already put them in the back. OBVIOUSLY it was an issue and maybe the company should consider changing the closing sign to 8:30pm. I eat here at least once a week, Will not go back to this location.
