great service and great sandwiches. the selection of hot sauces is amazing, and they have the freestyle soda machine which is great too. the drive through is quick and the store is always clean.

Firehouse has been the best sub (hot) since it came out. Recently the quality has started becoming mediocre. Still good and satisfying, but not the same great taste I was used to in the beginning. I believe this may be caused by the downsizing of the bread, and lower amount of meat.

Horrible once again!! This use to be my favorite sub shop, use to get subs a couple times a week. About a year ago we stopped going cause our order was always wrong. Thought I'd give them another shot yesterday.... forget IT!! I asked for no mayo, got my receipt, didn't say no mayo. So told the girl at the window, she says no problem.... get home sub (New York steamer) is cold with only mayo on it!! Mind you they left a piece of napkin on it where they tried wiping off the mayo!!

Ordered online, place was busy. Waited 15 minutes past the pick up time. They informed me wasn't quite ready. 30 minutes passed asked the manager, He looked around, and found it on the counter unmarked and ready. Better luck next time!

They are so nice. They remember my name and have conversations with me. I go there alone yet I don't feel alone. It's such a nice positive environment they created in there that I leave feeling satisfied with the food and customer care. I'm glad they are so nice bc it makes living here much better knowing that the sub place a few blocks away is a welcoming place. Keep up the good work.
