Firehouse Subs

Food was great but the app is so glitchy.

I was there. They said they have a Ruben sanwitch. The wrong bread, the wrong meat. And no sourcrout. That is not a Ruben sanwitch.

I placed an order for two different soup combos. I was delivered 2 servings of the same soup and no beverages. When I contacted Firehouse, the girl told me "that's not our problem." I was highly dissatisfied overall.

Terrible.ordered ny steamer taste like watery ham not pastrami nor brisket no italian dressing nor deli mustard this is twice never again will go back .wish i could post the picture of wat i received verses wat the store pic shows.

The thing I love most about Firehouse above all the other sandwich shops to choose from in town is that they support our first responders! It's so easy to round up your purchase or tack an extra dollar onto your ticket and know that your money is not only paying for a delicious meal, but also going toward helping those who help us in our most desperate times of need. As for the food itself, I usually get the brisket, which is amazingly tender and smoky as it should be. They also have a Coke Freestyle machine, which is always a bonus for me since I like to make odd concoctions depending on my mood. I recommend this place to anyone who likes eating and supporting worthy causes. ☺

Just yummmmm! Fast and friendly service! Employees were so sweet and fast. My sandwich was hot, fresh and delicious! Any of their subs are great. Try the meatball sub! Highly recommend!

Usually really good. Today not so much.

The staff was very friendly! We were greeted as we walked through the door! The food was excellent and we received our food in a timely manner! The restaurant was very clean! I highly recommend this location to everyone! The Hook and Ladder and the Italian subs are our favorites!

Order not ready when promised online. No doritos available that I had already paid for online.

I visited firehouse subs today!! The staff was friendly and efficient. It did not take a long time to place my order. The sandwiches were very good although the turkey bacon sandwich was not made to my specifications. I was disappointed with the bread as well because it was not consistent with the sandwich I ordered for my husband. The problem was that it was not as fresh!! My sister's order of several sandwiches on the other hand were both consistent with tender meat and fresh bread. So, all In all it was very good with the exception of my sandwich. I still would highly recommend Firehouse subs because this is the first time I was not happy with my food choice.

This place is awesome. You are in and out fast, and the subs are excellent. The soups and chili are good too.

Normally have a good experience. Myself and my lunch date ordered 2 hook and ladders sandwiches, one less mustard and oregano. Sandwiches arrived fast . I asked which one had no mustard ? I received no reply. Thinking maybe it would be easier to find the one with oragano. The staff person offered to bring mustard and oregano, I declined. After a couple bites of sandwich I noticed their was no onions. I stepped to the counter and asked a staff person for a moment of their time. The lady came to our table. I mentioned the onions and lack of pickles. She said she was sorry but were out of pickles and onions. I overheard another staff member tell a customer at the register that they were out of banana peppers. If I had that information prior to placing my order I would have made a different choice for lunch.
