Firehouse Subs

The older Caucasian lady that claims to be the owner is terrible. I don't believe she is the owner but she have horrible customer service. I called to let her know my sandwich wasn't made correctly she response and tell me to bring my sandwich back and they will make me a new one. Never been to a restaurant that wants you to bring food back once left the store. She also blamed me for her making my sandwich wrong. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN IN LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tasty sandwiches, good service. My favorites are the Hero, steak and cheese and the meatball subs. Soft, toasted bread. Yum!

I've been to this one several times and it is consistently good. The last time I went, it was super busy but the staff did their best job to keep the line moving and getting all orders out as best they good. The prices are fair and the menu has myriad options for any kind of eater.

First visit, very impressed. Had the Engineer Sub. It was really delicious. Coupled with the opportunity to support first responders, it's a no-brainer. I'll be back.
