Spoke to a manager today about my displeasure about their payment by phone policy and told him I would not send nor cater with them again. His response "your not going to hurt my feelings" Won't ever order Firehouse subs again.

My family I decided to make a quick stop to eat and I just had to leave a review about the great service we recieved! The food was great as always, but tonight the entire staff warmed my heart! We decided to split a sub between my oldest daughter and my 3 year old son. They were sweet and offered to split the subs in two baskets, and even gave my son his own pickle...which made his night. Then they brought them both a rice Krispy treat, which was the cherry on their night. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating to my family, and I was so thankful! As we left everyone wished us a Merry Christmas and smiled as they waved bye to the kids. This time of year is especially hard for retail workers, and we definitely appreciate the ones who truly go above and beyond to make our night special. Thank you so much Firehouse Subs employing such a great group of people! Made our night!
