Firehouse Subs

Visited firehouse subs for dinner tonight. Was greeted immediately and placed a to go order, food was great and customer service was as expected. I'm giving 3 stars due to the tall caucasian male with a long ponytail and glasses never changing out his gloves. He was wearing blue gloves to ring up orders and make orders. The gloves looked dirty while I was checking out, he even stopped to looked down at them and rubbed something off but never changed them. Not sanitary at all and could cause cross contamination.

When it comes to me dining out I'm very picky about my food and the fire house subs place has amazing food. I had the philly stake and cheese grinder and it was delicious. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious grinder. Great customer service.

I am quite upset because I love Firehouse subs. That being said, the first order I had here my sub was so poorly thrown together that I had to transfer it into my own roll at home. It was falling apart in the to go container. It didn't help that it was overly drenched in sauce that it was soggy within minutes. I also asked for banana peppers and bacon. I did not get that.The second time, it was almost perfect expcept for I expect more than 4 slices of banana peppers on a large sub. That may be my own opinion though.

Delicious and fresh subs and friendly service

Always great food here, great service, and for a good cause! I have family and friends who are first responders. So I eat here when we are close. Would have been five stars but soda machine was out of Dr. Pepper.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. I can split a large sandwich easily with my girlfriend and still be full. I always get the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket on wheat bread and it always tastes amazing. Definitely one of the greatest restaurants in this city and one of my top picks when eating out.

My sandwich was exceptionally great this evening the guy that worked this evening knows what he's doing and has great customer service skills. I've been going there for a while but this is by far the best Italian sandwich I've ever had 👍❤😍😋

Awesome sandwiches. The one & only time they've ever messed up my order, they happily replaced my sandwich. Outstanding customer service.

Food was good. Staff seemed friendly enough, but when it came to a simple order adjustment from regular mayo to Cajun mayo they got it wrong. Might seem picky, but I ordered it that way, was told no problem, but came out wrong. Didn't complain, as I was hungry and didn't have time to wait for a remake.

The subs are much better than Subway. You get much more meat for the price. The service was fast. The staff was friendly. The place looked pretty clean. Part of the money of your purchase always goes to local first responders. I recommend this place.
