Placed an online order. Suppose to be ready 20 minutes after I placed it. It wasn't made until 15 minutes after I got there. After I told them I'd never be back, all the smart mouth, I assume was the manger said was "have a nice day", not very professional. So whats the point of placing an order online? I'll never go to this or any other Firehouse Sub. Zero respect for the customer.

The subs are the great quality we have come to expect from Firehouse Subs. My favorite is the New York Steamer. Only complaint is the hot sauce bar is limited, I always love finding new great sauce for my sub.

Have had Meatball subs everywhere close to Riverview. Then Firehouse came to the neighborhood and haven't bothered to go anywhere else now because The Firehouse Meatball Sub is in a class of its own... I can honestly say I've never had a bad meatball sub at this store... Had a special Corn Beef or Rubin Sub once it was ok, but to really enjoy a Rubin or Corn Beef it's got to have Seeded Rye Bread or maybe it's just me... Nah !
