Firehouse Subs

This is the worst firehouse I’ve ever been to - in regards to taste. It’s like the sandwiches have ice in the meat. They are never hot and melty like at other locations. The staff was nice which is why I gave it 2 stars, along with the good selection of chips.

Great location, however the GPS is wrong and takes you someplace else. It's next door to Moes at the Galleria.

Went in at Patton creek. The girl was taking my husband's order as we asked about the sandwiches. The manager shoved the girl over and proceeded to key in orders from a phone in. Very rude the girl was new. A young black girl. The manager was a rude white lady. I told the girl I will take my business elsewhere.I will never go back....

This location is disappointing. It took 30 minutes to get our food today- two medium subs and a kids grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was only toasted on one side. The last few times we have been here the service has been extremely slow (even when the restaurant wasn’t busy), but today was the worst. Maybe management should come watch their staff to see how they can improve the line. We won’t be returning to this location.

This is a very good firehouse location... At least during our most recent visit. The individuals serving us were very kind, personable, and knowledgeable about the newer items on the menu. Even gave us some cost breakdowns and various options of how to compose a meal for two when two whole sandwiches weren't necessarily needed for this particular visit. I'd definitely go back to this location not only for the amazing sandwiches that Firehouse provides, but also for the great service we received here!

Sandwiches are good, service is friendly, location is clean and convenient, the wait times are never unreasonable - no complaints here, folks. 🙂

They have the best subs. The New York Steamer in my fave.

Overall, the food was good. Our mac & cheese was 20 minutes late. The employee scratched their belly underneath their shirt right in front of us.

I stopped at this location to get a classic meatball sub. When I got home with my sandwich all it was was bread meatballs and a very small very small amount of melted cheese no sauce period. Very disappointing and extremely dry sandwich Dont think I will go there again.😡

Look, I'm not saying that Firehouse is my rebound after Quiznos imploded butttttt.....

Can't go wrong with some firehouse. Always good.

Just ordered through door dash, requested no mayo and no tomato on my wife's sandwich. It was dripping with mayo and tomato. They also left the pickle spears from both combos. 40 bucks. Shoulda known better.

We came in and ordered a few sandwiches. They got our order completely mixed up and incorrect. When we tried to bring the issue to their attention one of the members of the staff started laughing at us and just walked away. We will not be coming back. No other firehouse has such rude staff.
