You know firehouse is my favorite sub spot but this one for some reason never gives me my firehouse sauce when I go through the drive through. The sauce is what makes these subs great. What is going on here?

This location was perfect. Wanted to try the new jerk sub and I wasn't sure he told me to try with chicken and it was amazing. While I dined the customer service was outstanding. Didnt want for anything can't wait to come back

Great sandwich but the service was very slow. Waited 25 mins for a sandwich. Don't recommend going on your lunch break. Store wasnt crazy busy either.

Passing through on the way to Orlando. The staff was very friendly. Location is easy to get in and out with parking and a drive-thru. I ordered the medium steak and cheese combo. The sandwich was delicious. It had plenty of meat and cheese and was on fresh bread.

Never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant in my life. Staff was extremely rude and made me feel like I was bothering them by coming inside. The manager asked a girl to ring me up at the register and she just gave a massive attitude. Never said hello, no thank you, or if i wanted to round up my order to support first responders which I always do. All I got was “$10.82†with an attitude. This place needs some customer service training. If ownership wants people to come back they need to feel welcome. I’ll take the extra few minutes to drive to a different location next time.

I usually love firehouse but I had a sub from here 2 days ago and I got really sick. Not sure if they use romaine lettuce on my sub but it made me really sick. Did anyone else eat from this store and get sick??

Love this place. They were so fast. But more importantly, the customer service was outstanding. Great with kids. I’ll definitely be back.

I love fire house , however the customer service at this new location is tragic. Rude staff , staff sweeping the floor while customers eating , staff closed doors prior to the posted hours on website . We were going to eat then decided not after overheard the staff say the light are abt to be turned off . I supposed that wan an indication to get the hell out . Because they are closed . Won’t ever go back to this location .

Expect a long wait. If they have a big on line order they make the customers in line wait while they prep it. I was 3rd in line when I arrived and was there 35 minutes before I received my food.
