The staff here are extremely nice and the subs are delicious! Highly recommend! Also they donate some of their profit to support firefighters, which is awesome!

Always good food. The staff was friendly. It seems like there weren't as many toppings on my sub as there used to be. Still great tasting food though.

Never been here before. Date night with the hubby and no kids. I chose this. Much better than subway or Jimmy John's. Please build one of these near groveport!!!! The soup was delicious too! I want more. Delicious. Staff was nice too, at least the guy who took our order and brought us our meal.

the employees have always greeted us every time i have been. And that has been around a couple years. I had about all the items on the menu. And i would say all are very tasty. Would recommend to anyone. Thx have a great day.

Best Firehouse subs and owners/management Ive ever been to!!! Tge food is always great and always fresh!!! Love this place, it has been my go-to through pregnancy cravings lol

Always nice when you are out of town to eat at a familiar restaurant. I know it can be hit or miss sometimes with franchises but, this was one of the best that I have been to.

A good, solid, sub place where the food is hot. Service is friendly, portions are decent. Choice between small, medium and large sandwiches depending on appetite and all served with a pickle. Best way to try something new is the deal of the week if I remember correctly. I've been here numerous times to try different things and they're all good. And it's a Firehouse theme - kind of. A medium sized sub, chips, and drink will cost about $10. Recommended.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was delighted. Not only was I greeted by almost everyone working, but felt taken care of and like my order mattered. This is rare customer service at this location and I appreciated itSo much! Never stop being amazing at your jobs firehouse subs workers! 😊 and it is amazing that they come around and ask how you’re food is and if they can take any trash off your table for you. 10/10 experience. They also said thank you for stopping in when I left!

As with any franchised business, consistency is the most important thing to me. If I get the same quality at each location I visit, I will rate high. This location delivers a level of consistency that I expect and appreciate.
