Went here this past Friday night, (8/30/19). The girl running the register was wiping off tables when I walked in and got right over to take my order. The two guys on the line were on it getting orders out without a hitch. As soon as the cashier was finished ringing me up, she went right back out to wiping off tables then back to the register when other people came in, not missing a beat!I've worked in restaurants and customer service for a long time and maybe some area places need to learn from this Firehouse. Terrific.

We love Firehouse Subs! Always great food, clean restaurant & a great atmosphere!! The fireman gear hanging on the walls is an awesome touch to this place!! Cool!!! We always round up to the nearest dollar when paying to help fireman buy life saving equipment. You can purchase firehouse pickle buckets to help fireman also. Very cool!!! 😀

These guys and girls that work here are always amazing. We usually put an order to go, and have had zero problems. On top of that the customer service is always top notch. Very friendly, always smiling. I hope the upper management knows what a trove of good employees they have there.
