Not up to the standards of Firehouse Subs in non military locations. Skimpy on the meat, and they often don't follow the recipe posted.

The subs are good but the service is terrible. The girl that took my order today seemed like it was such an inconvenience to be working there. She was very unpleasant to deal with. I don't even know her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag but she had braided ponytails.
