I'm giving this location 5 stars because I love the hook & ladder and today I had amazing service from Mark. I arrived a few minutes before they opened (around 10:27am) he let me in so I didn't have to melt in the heat. He was very friendly and got me taken care of right away. Much better service than what I get when I come in the afternoon.

Typical chain restaurant. Their subs are good, and the service is good as well, if a bit slow, but that's just how the sandwiches are made. They have on of those Coke Freestyle machines here.

Great sandwiches made fresh while you wait. Although the subs are competitively priced they are made with high quality and delicious ingredients. Service here is extremely quick and a bonus is that a percentage of the proceeds goes to firehouses all over. A great product with a spectacular business model.

One of best steamed sandwiches I've ever had, Now, Firehouse is a franchise so they're all a little bit different, but the quality and consistency is still there in the 4 locations I've visited i was impressed each time i frequented i ordered the large Hook'n' Ladder on two separate occasions and was very happy, the other times i ordered the sweet and spicy meatball sub, and it too was amazing, also the hot subs don't travel well and are best consumed immediately.

Me and Owen love to come here to get food weekly. The portions have become smaller but the food is still very good. Service is quick and the owner is in frequently. We enjoy it a lot!
