Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Tonight was my first time visiting this establishment and I must say it was an amazing experience. Our server Jaime was absolutely wonderful, she was very attentive and very personable. The food recommendations she made were spot on. I will definitely be back soon and I will be requesting her as my server. She is as perfect as one can be when it comes to 5 star quality service. If you have not visited, I suggest that you visit soon and ask for Jaime if you can.

My first time and this restaurant was great! Excellent service, nice chill and modern atmosphere. And the food was phenomenal. I had the wood grilled salmon and port mushrooms on the side and they were both delicious. Couldn’t get enough. We also ordered a couple of drinks and they definitely were not skimping on the alcohol. To sum up well worth the price all around.

This was some of the best food I had on vacation. Seafood food was excellent. Service was great. Very minimal wait times. Moderately priced food. I would recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area.

Great food, excellent service, and the prices were reasonable for the St John's Town Center. I didnt have a chance to review the wine menu, but it did look extensive. Happy hour was very busy with locals. This place is our own little version of Coopers Hawk.

I really like the ambience of this establishment. The staff are top notch. Both times I have gone were for happy hour. The pretzel was my favorite. It's really big and comes with a yummy cheese sauce and a horse radish sauce. I do think they are a bit pricey, but if you mentally prepare yourself for that and your wallet, I think you will enjoy it.

Terrific Happy Hour menu, and the servers are happy to be there. I have their regular menu item, however they have good value items that you can choose on addition to their Aged Ribeye and The Double Black Diamond. Perfectly seasoned and grilled. Kudos to the chef for getting it right!

Terrible. Don't eat here...should have gone to Cheesecake Cake Factory or J.Alexanders they are better Firebirds. Cheaper, better quality and service all better than Firebirds. I wont eat here again. Ribs were cold when they came out...I mean not even warm to the touch. Had to send them back to at least to be warmed up. They took the ribs only...left me to eat the potato by itself or it would have been cold too. Thought they would have taken everything back to keep it warm or at least bring me a new potato but no. The food was also salty.As for our server...Ian...poor service. Wife had to keep asking for ketchup for her fries. Again...want better service...food quality and price...don't eat at Firebirds.

Firebirds is a great restaurant. The customer service is top notch and the food is always well prepared. I definitely recommend this place.

Well designed but the service could have been better. Server forget to bring our bread before the meal. Plus she was pushy toward the end to get us to fill out loyalty club card. Food was decent.
