Fire and Rice Naples - The Original Naples Paella!

Last night we had a fantastic and tasty birthday party with Fire & Rice. We will have Paul and his team for another unique and delicious party. Thank you!

Our special evening last night to update donors and introduce new friends to Heartlove Place, an organization serving families in Milwaukee’s central city, was a hit thanks in part to the outstanding paella that was created by Fire and Rice!! Nick engaged our guests with his explanation of the paella process, as well as thoughtful conversation. We look forward to using Fire and Rice in the future!

Paul,I am so glad you are doing take out now! We got Paella twice this week for our family of 6 and it was a huge hit. I am so glad I found them, was at rib tie brewery and somebody mentioned Paella and I went for it OMG so good definatly recommend you try them you will be hooked.

What a great night! Easiest catering for a party, Paul was very engaging with the party goers and the paella was delicious. He brings everything he needs including plates and utensils, so cleanup is a breeze!

My husband and I recently travelled to Naples and attended the market in Naples in January 2020. We tried a sample of Paella for the first time and it was delicious! Hubby is going to try making it. 🥘

Chef PAUL catered our daughters first birthday party. We cannot say enough about his professionalism. We remained in constant communication up until the day of the event and even gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. Our guest loved the experience of seeing him cook the paella in front of them. Everyone would not stop raving about how amazing the paella tasted he even left us a few left over boxes! Paul and the team presented a delightful presentation for our Paella by the Pool party. Thank you for being a part of the auction items for the Bailey Matthews Shell Museum “Under The Sea” benefit. They arrived on time and were very professional in setting up and willing to help with our last minute table set up. All the food was top notch! Fresh salad! Paella was the star - everyone loved it and dessert was excellent. Guitar music throughout the evening added to the ambiance. As the evening progressed - they quietly cleared their equipment and I didn’t even know they had left! Fortunately my husband did so he could thank them all! We will definitely do another party with them again and highly recommend them for large groups! It was a special fun evening.

The paella was incredibly delicious, and that’s coming from a Miami native with tons of experience in paellas. The quality and the ingredients were superb, the presentation was beautiful and everyone was impressed. We enjoyed the paella for a family birthday party, Paul and Colleen were resourceful, independent, organized and could not be any friendlier or nicer. This also allowed my wife, who is usually busy cooking during our dinner parties, to be able to enjoy the occasion and more fully partake in the entertaining. Looking forward to the next entertainment opportunity to have Paul back. Thank you Paul for making the day truly special. I highly recommend.

FIre and RIce catered a party in our home for 32 of our friends. The paella experience was fantastic and all of our guests had an amazing time. The paella was absolutely delicious and exceeded all expectations. Kudos to Paul and Doug!
