Extremely poor customer service from the owner. Put in a cake order for my sons third birthday for December 22. Was met with the abrupt rude owner about how inconvenient it would be due to the Holiday season ( even though I'm ordering three weeks in advance) and acted as if he was doing me some favour. When I asked to describe a particular cake he responded with this isn't curing cancer lady it's a cake. Suffice it to say we cancelled our order and went elsewhere.

This is the best bakery on Long Island, hands down. Beautiful and delicious cakes, pastries, gelato, bread and much more. My family and I never go to any other place.

Great bakery with everything you could want baked. Tiramisu is an easy win as a bring over for any host. Brioche rolls are key for amazing burgers.

Recently, this bakery did my wedding cake and I can't begin to tell you how amazing it came out. Bc I live in NJ now, but had the wedding in NY, I had to communicate with this bakthrough via email and they still managed to do a great job!

Family run bakery with good espresso and freshly baked pastries. I enjoy their often sold out sfogliatelle (weekends only) and pear tart. Best in Huntington.

I pre-ordered the chocolate ganache cake to bring to a family birthday dinner at a restaurant. It was so dry, the only explaination I can think of is that they must have given me a cake that was a few days old from the display. It was so dry I was actually embarrassed! Ordering dessert from the restaurant would have been better. Lesson: pre-order a different filling or cake flavor than what is on display to ensure they will have to make a fresh cake. Especially for this price.

Completely disregard any negative reviews about this bakery. 5 stars cannot even describe how much I love Fiorello. The owners are extremely kind and respectful and their employees are always friendly and courteous. Not once have I come here and have left dissatisfied. Not to mention, their pastries are absolutely heavenly. Everything is always fresh and is full of flavor. No other bakery has a wide selection like Fiorello Dolce has.

High quality ingredients, out of this world delicious products in a true European fashion. A delightful experience.
